Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The purpose of this procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement, with the intention for this to be accessed by GEM and Arden Commissioning Support Units as and when additional support is required. For the purposes of clarity, GEM CSU is the contracting Authority and is undertaking this procurement on behalf of itself and the Arden Commissioning Support Unit.
The essence of the framework agreement is to commission up to three partners to support the Units’ capability and capacity on 3 core work streams which have been arranged in 4 ‘Lots’ for the purposes of this Tender as noted below. Operators appointed under the framework will be called off for assignments via mini competitions to be held once the framework agreement commences.
– Transformation & Service Redesign (‘Lot 1’);
– Provider Management Support (‘Lot 2’);
– Enhanced Analytics (‘Lot 3’); and
– Submissions for Lots 1 to 3 will be evaluated as a fourth ‘Lot 4’.
