Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Norfolk County Council in conjunction with NPS wishes to enter into a set of framework agreements for responsive and planned buidling maintenance and minor and major project works up to a value of GBP 300,00 across Norfolk and adjoining counties. NPS will be the primary user of the framework agreements acting as an agent for the Council, but schools will be able to access the framework agreements directly or through NPS. Other public sector bodies within Norfolk and adjoining counties such as District Councils, Higher Educational and Further Educational establishments, emergency services, NHS bodies and housing associations will also be able to call-off from the framework agreements.
