Planning consent for Topsham housing development
Planning consent has been granted for a development of more than 50 homes in Topsham, Exeter.Burrington Estates New Homes, an Exeter-based property developer, will build 54 properties on Exeter Road, adjacent to Topsham Rugby Club.The development will feature a range of two-, three, four- and five-bed dwellings as well as one-, two- and three-bed affordable homes.The site will also include a residential care home which is being developed by Octopus Healthcare. Work is due to start in early 2018.
