Pipeline Framework: Friends & Family Test Solution

A pipeline has been launched for Friends & Family Test Solution. The contract start Date is 01 December 2017. Approach to market date is 30 November 2017.Bart’s Health NHS Trust wishes to procure a new digital system to elicit patient, patient & carer feedback. This will include a range of options for surveying including paper, text, telephone and online survey methods. We would expect the successful provider to agree an improvement trajectory which will see Barts Health in the top 25% in the country for return rates with the Friends & Family Test.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
