Short description of the contract or purchase(s): YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a multiple provider Framework Agreement for the supply and implementation of a proven off the shelf (in use within the Emergency Services market) Intuitive Incident command, Control and Support System for YPO’s Emergency Services customers. The system will also allow incident data communications between mobile command units (CU) and designated sectors over portable mesh networks via things such as tough books, tablets or PC’s to enhance incident management functions. The framework is designed primarily to meet the needs of Fire and Rescue Services and Police services, however, it is available for use by all public sector organisations if it meets their requirements.
