Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Department for Finance & Corporate Services (FCS) of the Welsh Government is seeking on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, to establish a framework agreement with a single supplier for the provision of Flexible Resourcing for Programme and Project Management (PPM) and ICT Services.
The framework will continue to underpin the Welsh Government’s Flexible Resourcing Management process to meet the peaks and troughs of the organisation’s PPM and ICT demands.
The framework will allow for provision of Programme and Project Management and ICT resources to supplement the current internal resource pool and IT service provider.
