Doncaster Homelessness Service shall provide a variety of Accommodation and Floating Support for people with issues that have led them to be homeless or have put them at risk of being homeless. The service will provide a Place for Change and a Path to Independence.
The service is based within 2 hostels (Wharf House and Open House Plus) and will also provide a Floating Support element.
