Dundee unveils near £350m five-year capital plan
A near £350 million building programme for the next five years is set to be outlined by Dundee City Council.The local authority’s capital plan takes in projects including the Waterfront and V&A Dundee, schools, an additional young persons’ house, affordable housing and the Regional Performance Centre for Sport.The capital plan covering 2018-23 will be discussed by Dundee City Council’s policy and resources committee on Monday October 30.
