Deal agreed for job-creating Teesside site
A prominent 36-acre development site in Teesside has been bought, with plans now in place to establish an industrial park which could create 400 jobs.HTA Real Estate sold the lot to Canmoor Developments having received a number of offers from interested parties.The fully serviced site, which is located at the junction of the A19 and Portrack Lane in Stockton-On-Tees, was brought to the market by HTA on the instruction of Claymore Investment Management.Canmoor now plans to develop industrial and distribution premises on the site ranging from 35,000 sq ft to 482,000 sq ft.HTA has now been appointed by Canmoor, alongside Cushman and Wakefield, as joint letting agent for the new development, which will be known as Dynamo Park.Canmoor was established in 2005 and has undertaken a diverse range of commercial development and investment projects throughout the UK.
