The current contract for Health services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 02-NOV-18 and may be available for retender. KGHFT Primary Care Streaming Service.
The Primary Care Service (PCSS) will be provided from the KGHFT site, at the front door of ED. The key requirements for the PCSS are:
– Provide the right care, by the most appropriate person, in the right setting ensuring consistent responses at the first point of contact.
– Streaming non-urgent cases back to primary care.
– To deliver unscheduled care within 4 hours transit time from registration to discharge, transfer or admission (includes onward referral to ED clinical team as clinically appropriate).
