Call systems are required within 4 Adult Care establishments. The call system will incorporate a range of assistive technology including tele-health and telecare. It will allow users to call for assistance as well as be dementia friendly with a number of triggers that will automatically alert staff to the client’s needs via a range of peripheral systems. This contract is for a one off requirement, anticipated to commence in December 2017. Further information can be obtained by submitting any clarifications via the electronic tendering system. Prior to returning your quotation, bidders are required to contact the homes to arrange a visit to enable you to quote accurately for the site requirement.
