Mulbury starts building 245 new homes
Mulbury has started building a total of 245 new homes across housing schemes in Southport, Warrington, Salford and Partington.The Lymm-based property developer has got underway on a 153-home scheme next to Southport Hospital on behalf of Torus housing group and a 46-home scheme on the site of the former Hawthorne Business Park in Warrington for Plus Dane Housing. It has also commenced building 24 homes off Willows Road in Salford for private sale by Mulbury Living and 22 homes off Lock Lane in Partington for Trafford Housing Trust.The work is worth about £30m in total.These projects take the number of homes currently under construction by Mulbury to approximately 650. In addition, it has a further 550 units in the pipeline for the next 12 months.
