Deal agreed for tired Sheffield building
A “tired office building” in Sheffield has been bought for £2.25m.The Tower is located on the Furnival Square roundabout opposite The Moor Shopping Centre.It was bought by Addington Capital in 2016 as part of the Prospect Portfolio, with the company subsequently securing planning consent to convert the 26,589 sq ft building into an 81-bed student accommodation scheme.The buyer, Rose Gold Estates Ltd, is now set to convert the vacant building into high-end accommodation.Agents for Addington were Crossthwaite Commercial and Allsops.
