Contracts signed for care home development
Contracts have been signed to develop a new care home in Cadbury Heath, South Gloucestershire.Brackley Investments will develop the buildings to the specification of care and housing provider Brunelcare. The charity will then lease them on a 25-year term.The development will comprise a 64-bed care home and 24-bed reablement service. The facilities are set to be up and running within two years, with more than 100 jobs potentially created.
