National housebuilders behind 350-home plans
Two national housing developers are behind plans to redevelop land close to the Army Foundation College in Harrogate into 350 homes.Linden Homes and Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd intend to transform a 98-acre site on Penny Pot Lane in Harrogate into a new housing scheme.Penny Pot Lane forms the northern boundary of the development site providing connections to Harrogate Town centre, which lies 2.5km to the east.The northern boundary of the site sits adjacent to an existing residential development on the former Queen Ethelburga’s school site.The housing development would be accessed from both Penny Pot Lane and Oaker Bank.
