‘Scottish Water is seeking to appoint contractors to provide transport services for treated and untreated sewage sludge from Scottish Water sites in Highlands, Islands, Fife, Tayside, Argyll & Greater Glasgow area.
Where untreated cake material is produced by a PFI operated site, transport of materials to alternative outlets will be as directed by Scottish Water.
Scottish Water will divide the award into lots corresponding to the geographical sites, lots may be awarded to multiple contractors. Contractors may be awarded individual sites or lots under this framework’.
