United Kingdom-London: Customer-loyalty programme – Framework Lead

The current contract for Customer-loyalty programme – Framework Lead is projected to end on 02-FEB-19 and may be available for retender. Waste Minimisation and Recycling Incentives and Reward Scheme.
The London Borough of Waltham Forest requires a suitably experienced and capable organisation to provide, develop and manage a scheme that offers a range of incentives and rewards as a means of encouraging and motivating positive and sustainable behaviour amongst residents in the borough to maximise waste minimisation, waste prevention activities and recycling.
The Authority requires the incentives and rewards scheme to focus on businesses and charities in the local area including local leisure and recreational facilities. Using an established reward model as a framework, residents will be able to earn:
– Reward Points; the more a resident recycles and the less they put into general waste, the more points they will earn.
– Bonus Points; for attending events relating to waste minimisation and recycling.
Reward Points will be redeemable at the Authority’s recreational facilities (e.g. leisure centres, museums, park cafes) or donated to elected charities within the local community.
In addition, all residents who activate a reward account will be able to benefit from access to discounts or offers at local retailers.

The duration of the Contract will be for a period of 24 months with an option to extend for a further period of up to 12 months (December 2015 to December 2018).
The contracting Authority will be looking to award the Contract to a single contractor, with a commencement date of the 1.12.2015.
