Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide Recruitment Services to members of Procurement for Housing who require a reliable recruitment agency to meet their temporary, permanent or interim recruitment requirements.
There is a high degree of uncertainty regarding the potential additional future demand for recruitment service via the framework route. This has meant that PfH has endeavoured to the best of their abilities to provide a range of values which it believes to be reflective of the potential demand for this contract.
