Pipeline Framework: Redevelopment of the Olive School Preston
A pipeline has been launched for Redevelopment of the Olive School PrestonThe contract start Date is 15 April 2018. Approach to market date is 23 March 2018The Olive School Preston temporarily occupies the lower two floors of an existing building, previously used as an office, but due to expansion requires the above vacant floors to be brought into use. The contractor will be required to refurbish and remodel the two currently unoccupied floors. The works will include removing and adding partition walls, new doors and making good affected wall and floor finishes. Mechanical and Electrical alterations will be required to the affected rooms. Some works to the building envelope may be required. A design brief will be provided to explain the architectural and engineering requirements. The successful contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly. When a public sector organisation publishes a pipeline notice, it does not necessarily mean that an opportunity will be offered in the future. For more information contact: Mott MacDonald, Spring Bank House, Altrincham WA14 1ES.
