United Kingdom-Belfast: Portering services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Portering services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 04-MAR-19 and may be available for retender. Office Portering Services and Short-term Storage of Office Furniture.
The Contact will provide resources (porters, vehicles with drivers and ancillary equipment) to facilitate the movement of office furniture and equipment between and within Public Sector Buildings throughout Northern Ireland. The contract will be used by DFP Properties Division to support its clients across the NICS and wider public sector to:
– provide portering services;
– provide hire of storage crates for the movement of small office items; and
– provide storage space for items of office furniture.
The contract will cover the participating bodies listed in Annex B of the Conditions of Contract. It is anticipated the contract will commence on 1.2.2016 and be for an initial period of 3 years to 31.1.2019 with the option to extend for up to 24 months to 31.12021.
