New BTR joint venture launched
Nottingham-based SDL Group has helped to form a new residential build-to-rent (BTR) venture which is set to construct thousands of new homes across the UK over the coming years.The company has joined with specialist asset manager ICG-Longbow, which is based in London, to build more than 2,000 homes over the next three years.Wise Living will acquire sites and develop detached and semi-detached housing for rent in the UK. Negotiations are already at an advanced stage to acquire a four-acre brownfield site in Mansfield with plans in progress to develop 75 predominantly two and three-bedroom family homes.
