Designs revealed for West Bridgford canal-side apartments
New designs have been revealed by Plan A Architecture to turn a brownfield site in West Bridgford into ‘low energy’ residential apartments, ahead of a planning committee meeting this month.The development, on the canal edge in Kendal Court, West Bridgford, has been designed by local architecture practice Plan A.The firm was appointed by Nottingham-based developer Stagfield Group.The scheme initially received complaints after a row of mature hedgerow was removed, however, after lengthy testing EMEC Ecology deemed that the site was not a designated nature conservation site and the removed hedgerow did not contain any protected or notable species.
