Ulster Bank backs hotel expansion
Ulster Bank has backed the £18m expansion of a hotel in the shadow of Belfast’s City Hall, which includes adding further bedrooms and creating a rooftop champagne bar.Ten Square Hotel’s owner Loughview Leisure Group will add 66 rooms to the venue and is also planning to revamp its kitchen and restaurant.A business centre with conferencing facilities, function rooms and events space has also been added and rooftop champagne and cocktail bar The Loft will be opened as part of the expansion.
