FutureLearn is seeking a supplier of Moderation Services to support the organisation in delivering its massive open online courses. A vital element of the FutureLearn platform is the ability of users to comment within the body of the courses. It is the profiles of theses users and their comments that require moderating to a high standard. FutureLearn also provides a number of social spaces as part of it marketing campaigns and these too require moderation.
