St. Modwen to invest £4m in Bury business park
St. Modwen has outlined plans to invest £4m in regenerating a huge business park in Bury.Comprising 283,860 sq ft of space, Warth Business Park will be partly reconfigured to allow for new industrial and office accommodation ranging in size from 1,500 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.The project will include the removal of redundant units, the construction of new office accommodation, replacement roofs and a comprehensive installation of electric, water and data infrastructure.The decision by St Modwen is underpinned by increasing confidence in the local market and a lack of available office and industrial space in the Bury area.
