Alderman Moores scheme set for green light
Proposals to build 133 homes on land near Ashton Gate in Bristol are set to be given the green light after planners recommended their approval.The application for the development, which will be made up of 83 houses and 50 flats, comes from Wilmott Homes.The plot, which sits next to the Alderman Moores allotments, is currently owned by Bristol City Council and under control of the Housing Revenue Account.Of the total, 80 homes will be for sale on the open market with 53 new council properties.
