Wirral Waters dementia care village proposals revealed
An application for a dementia care village to be built in Wirral Waters has been submitted.Peel Land and Property is partnering with care provider Belong on the scheme, which would comprise a range of amenities including a bistro, specialist gym, hair salon and function rooms.The complex would also include housing options such as 34 one and two-bedroom apartments for independent living, and six households which to provide 24-hour support, including nursing and dementia care.Pozzoni Architecture has been appointed to the project.
