Short description of the contract or purchase(s): De Montfort University is seeking to award non-exclusive Framework Agreements up to a maximum of five 5 suitably qualified providers for the provision of Search and Recruitment Headhunting Services.
The successful applicants will be required to evidence the necessary expertise, skills and a thorough understanding of the UK Higher Education HE market or similar and be familiar with the challenges within the HE sector or similar sectors, particularly with regards to securing successful senior academic and senior non-academic level appointments, as shown below:
– Lot 1 Directors/Head of Department/Other Senior roles at appropriate salary level;
– Lot 2 Senior Academic i.e. Senior Lecturers/Other Senior academic roles at appropriate salary level.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified organisations to express an interest for a single lot or for both lots, as set out above.
Roles that are included within the scope of the services referenced above are senior non-academic and senior academic posts within the university. The successful applicants must therefore have the capabilities to recruit to these posts according to rank and remuneration packages of these senior positions. By way of example, this would include: Directors/Head of School and Heads of Department/Other Senior roles including academic posts at appropriate salary level, if and when the need arises.
The Framework Agreements will be awarded for a period of four 4 years, subject to at least annual performance and commercial review.
