First phase of 735-home scheme to start
The first phase of a 735-home scheme in Warwick is set to get underway.The Myton Green residential development was granted consent by the district council last year and is located on land between Myton Road and Europa Way.Catesby Estates, working in partnership with the Europa Way Consortium, will have appointed contractor Dawnus on site from the week of 7 May for site mobilisation and hoarding erection, with the start of the infrastructure works starting from 21 May.The works are expected to last approximately 56 weeks and will include the delivery of the first section of a tree-lined community spine road, which will eventually link Europa Way with Gallows Hill, along with the creation of an extensive green corridor adjacent to Myton Brook.
