United Kingdom-Holywood: Construction project management services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Construction project management services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 08-MAY-19 and may be available for retender. Appointment of NEC3 ECC Project Managers to a Framework Agreement for provision of Housing Association work in NI.
The Framework will cover the construction of all types of social housing and be used by all 4 members to deliver the programme of work provided each year for 3 years (with the option to extend by 1 year) by the NIHE.
For the purpose of this procurement and any subsequent contracts arising from it, the contracting authority will act as a central purchasing body. The following UK contracting authorities shall be able to use the contract (s):

– Fold Housing Association and Fold Properties Limited, Fold House, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood, County Down, BT18 9HZ;
– Habinteg Housing Association, Alex Moira House, 22 Hibernia Street, Holywood, BT18 9JE;
– Triangle Housing Association, Eastermeade Gardens, Ballymoney, County Antrim, BT53 6BD.
Additional members may join Accord during the course of the framework.
