Short description of the contract or purchase(s): This tender is to create a multi supplier framework for temporary operational staff. Full details can be found within the documents which are available on the Council’s website – see Annex A.I or Annex A.II. The framework will be split into Lots which detail the job specification of the required staff and where they will be deployed. The Lots will be ranked and call offs will be awarded in rank order. Full details of this can also be found within the documents.
To publish this notice we are required to state an envisaged maximum number of framework participants in Section II: 1.4 – While we will not impose a maximum limit to the number of suppliers on the framework or on each Lot the likelihood of receiving an order from the framework will decrease for those further down the ranking.
