£20m Sheffield development moves forward
Land has been secured and funding agreed for a £20m residential-led development in Sheffield.Qualis Residential Developments has acquired land at Chatham Street and secured the development finance facility for the Great Central project.The nine-storey residential scheme comprises 131 apartments, with a gross development value in the region of £20m.Qualis is a strategic partner of Knight Knox, a Manchester based property developer and consultancy with a focus on city centre residential property markets. Great Central is Qualis Residential Developments’ first project.Great Central Phase 1, which was designed by CODA Architecture, was granted planning permission in November 2017.Plans for the second and final phase, comprising a further 92 flats, were submitted earlier this year.
