United Kingdom-Kingston upon Thames: Health and social work services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Health and social work services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 15-MAY-19 and may be available for retender. Carers Services.
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Council) inviting organisations with relevant experience of providing Carers services to submit bids for the above contract on behalf of the Council and Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group.
The Council aims to achieve the following outcomes:
– Carers are involved and co-produce services to meet their needs.
– No carer will be left isolated or unsupported.
– Carers are assisted to make informed choices.
– Carers are supported to be active citizens, leading fulfilling lives and making a positive contribution to their communities.
– Carers organisations have strategic leadership and promote partnership working.
The contract will commence on 1.6.2016 and will be for a period of 3 years, with an optional extension of up to 1 year plus a further 1 year, to be exercised at the Council’s discretion.
