We are looking for suitably qualified bidders to provide and manage the Provision of furniture, flooring and white goods (and associated services) for the Furnished Tenancy Scheme
Torus operates a Furnished Tenancy Scheme for customers in supported housing, including the Refuge, Extra Care Schemes and specialised supported housing schemes.Various elements of a furnished package can be purchased including:
1) Furniture (sofa, dining room table and chairs, beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers)
2) White goods (fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric cooker)
3) Flooring (carpets & Vinyl)
4) Miscellaneous items
Contract period will be 2years (+2) with an estimated spend of £35k per year
