The site has been acquired by Garrison Barclay Estates.The huge GE Healthcare site in Cardiff has a new owner following a multi-million deal.Expanding property development firm Garrison Barclay Estates has acquired the site, which extends to 27 acres, in a £18m deal.The deals sees GE consolidating its operations to around half of the site.That leaves around 14 acres, covering 90,000 sq ft of vacant buildings, which Garrison Barclay Estates will now bring to market.
