Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Undod are procuring a Framework for the renovation and remodelling of properties that will be available to any current of future member of the Undod Consortium (including but not limited to Housing Associations and Registered Social Landlords).
The Framework covers any current and future member of the Undod Consortium who will access services via the Framework.
The Framework is a single Lot split into six (6) geographic areas.
