Forward funding sought for Echo Building redevelopment
Savills and development manager Paradigm Property Consultants have been appointed to offer the forward funding of the redevelopment of the iconic Echo Building in Liverpool to market.The hotel-led project will provide 298,160 sq ft of space including office, leisure and retail aspects with basement parking for 97 cars.The scheme, set to complete in September 2019, is designed to be a vibrant mixed-use destination in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district. A four star Innside by Meliá hotel formed on 17 floors will provide 207 en-suite bedrooms, restaurant, conference facilities, gym and rooftop Skybar. The four retail units will total 10,139 sq ft.
