Development plans to move forward after joint venture established

New plans at an 11.7-acre industrial site in Staffordshire are set to move forward after a joint venture was established.Commercial developer Trebor Developments and Seddon Developments have teamed up to develop further industrial units at Prime Point 14 near the M6.Infrastructure works have started to prepare the site to construct two industrial units, comprising 66,000 sq ft and 78,000 sq ft.Seddon Construction has been appointed as contractor for the infrastructure works, which is expected to take five months to complete and provide a fully serviced site capable of accommodating the two industrial facilities on a fast track basis.The two units will be capable of providing accommodation in early 2019, suitable for manufacturing or logistics/distribution uses.The development partners have appointed the Birmingham office of Savills (Ranjit Gill and Katie Aitchison) and Bromwich Hardy (Andrew Cosnett) as joint marketing agents.
