APA Contracted For Phase 2 Of Rushden Lakes Development
Irish architectural design company APA Facade Systems has been contracted to supply its TB50 facade system for phase 2 of the Rushden Lakes retail and leisure development in Northamptonshire, England. Speedclad contracted APA for the project.Phase 2 will feature a 14-screen multiplex cinema and a host of additional high-quality restaurants. It will also feature a further range of leisure activities, an additional 40,000 sq ft of retail space, a garden terrace and additional car parking.The project, managed by Winvic Construction and designed by The Harris Partnership, will run over a 61 week period. Rushden Lakes Phase 2 is expected to be completed by early 2019.
