Details revealed for first phase of 750-home masterplan
Details of the first project set to be worked on in Macclesfield as part of a wider 750-home masterplan have been revealed.Peaks & Plains Housing Trust will build six affordable houses for rent on the former Hurdsfield Community Centre site, which has been a derelict eyesore since 2007.Designed by Bowker Sadler Architecture, it is hoped that the properties will “go a long way” to helping lift the area.The homes make up part of Peaks’ five-year plan for the area.
