NTNU (the Norwegian University of Science and Technology), NanoLab is a core facility for high-resolution processing and characterisation, included NorFab (the Norwegian Micro — and Nano Fabrication Facility). The procurement shall mainly support higher education and research for users at NorFab. The objective of the procurement is to meet the users of NTNU NanoLab’s requirements. The Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) shall be used as a characterisation tool, as a port of a process line based on photolithography, thin film, and EBL. The microscope shall also handle numerous different types of tests within a “multi-user” environment.
