Pipeline Framework: Employee Benefits and Recognition

A pipeline has been launched for Employee Benefits and Recognition.The contract start Date is 01 April 2019. Approach to market date is 08 August 2018.As a company Highways England are aiming to become a high performing organisation through the alignment of reward to performance. Highways England is looking to procure a fully integrated employee benefits and recognition platform via a single supplier.The service would include the following as a minimum:Employee benefitsEmployee recognitionChildcare VouchersCycle to work Brokering serviceThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
