Short description of the contract or purchase(s): In response to the growing number of educational establishments (such as but not limited to schools, colleges, academies, free schools, multi academy trusts and universities) wanting and needing to challenge the Local Authority for extended services such as Energy Procurement, NASBM will be sourcing a strategic partner to run an energy procurement, invoice validation with full contract management services. The aim is to provide a partner to offer a compliant, effective and user friendly services to enable excellence in achieving value for money with regards to energy usage; spend and associated services via a transparent; informative and open methodology.
