Plans revealed for long-neglected Liverpool neighbourhood
Plans to breathe life into a “long-neglected” Liverpool neighbourhood have been revealed in a new video.The animation produced by property developer YPG shows how its proposals will transform the historic Fabric District, with the company set to start on site on the first of three residential blocks. Leisure and retail units will be on the ground floor.Called Fab One, Fab Two and Fab Three, in a tribute to the Beatles and the area’s history, the development will cost about £50m. Some 200 construction jobs will be supported during.
