A state company has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for safety measures on operational environment of railroad turnouts.
You should be able to respond to the RFI on railroad turnouts.
The railroad turnouts will be installed on multiple locations over railways, as independent safety devices.
These will provide the signalling system with information on:
human presence
vehicles and trains in the turnout vicinity
The state company is National Israeli Rail. It is responsible for transporting passengers and cargo across the country.
It operates:

220,000 daily trips
468 daily trains on 12 lines
61 nationwide passenger stations (as of 2016)
