Lovell signs £45m regeneration programme in Hatfield
Housing developer Lovell has signed a development agreement with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (WHBC) to deliver a £45 million regeneration programme to transform the heart of south Hatfield in Hertfordshire.The High View neighbourhood centre is set to be redeveloped to bring affordable housing and properties.The redevelopment of the local shopping centre and the nearby Hollyfield former garage site will create a new replacement retail space, and 150 new homes for local residents.
