Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The Council are seeking service providers to supply transport to vulnerable clients of Children, Education and Families and Social Care Services.
The framework will be open for call offs from 30.6.2015 to 29.6.2019
Services will include journeys for special educational needs clients and children and adult social care clients by taxi and mini bus with some requirements for passenger assistants and wheelchair accessible vehicles. The service location will predominantly be in Oxfordshire with some out of county requirements.
The contract will be broken down in to 10 Lots, as detailed below:
– Lot 1
Hackney/PHV – Driver + 4 Passenger Seats
Tenderers will be invited to quote for a vehicle with up to 4 seats and a driver. Services will include special education needs, children and adult social care transport needs.
– Lot 2
Hackney/PHV – Driver + 4 Passenger Seats – Passenger Assistant
Tenderers will be invited to quote for a vehicle with up to 3 seats with a driver and passenger assistant. Services will include special education needs, children and adult social care transport needs.
– Lot 3
Hackney/PHV – Driver + ≤8 Passenger Seats
Tenderers will be invited to quote for a vehicle with up to 8 seats and a driver. Services will include special education needs, children and adult social care transport needs.
– Lot 4
Hackney/PHV – Driver + ≤8 Passenger Seats – Passenger Assistant
Tenderers will be invited to quote for a vehicle with up to 7 seats with a driver and passenger assistant. Services will include special education needs, children and adult social care transport needs.
– Lot 5
Hackney/PHV Accessible – Driver + ≤8 Passenger Seats
Tenderers will be invited to quote for a vehicle with up to 8 seats with a driver and wheelchair accessibility. Services will include special education needs, children and adult social care transport needs.

Hackney/PHV Accessible – Driver + ≤8 Passenger Seats -Passenger Assistant
Tenderers will be invited to quote for a vehicle with up to 7 seats with a driver, passenger assistant and wheelchair accessibility. Services will include special education needs, children and adult social care transport needs.

Tenderers will be invited to quote for a vehicle with up to 15 seats with a driver, passenger assistant and wheelchair accessibility. Services will include special education needs, children and adult social care transport needs.
Tenderers are invited to bid for all Lots they wish to be considered for. Tenderers may bid for 1 or more Lots.
