Alfreton plot earmarked for 87 homes
Linden Homes has acquired a piece of land on which it plans to build 87 new homes near Alfreton.The housebuilder has submitted a planning application to develop the site off High Street in Riddings.Proposals for the development in Riddings include 46 homes to be sold privately by Linden Homes, while a further 41 homes will be made available as affordable housing.The development, which is set to be one of the first in Linden Homes’ new East Midlands region, will comprise a mix of two and three-bedroom homes.
