Boro housing scheme set for nod
Plans to build more than 100 homes on the site of the former Erimus Training Centre in Middlesbrough look set to be approved.The land earmarked for the development lies east of Cargo Fleet Lane and to the south of College. The application was filed by Gleeson Regeneration Ltd.The 106 homes will comprise a mix of two-bed terraces, two- and three-bed semi-detached properties and three- and four-bed detached dwellings.Final approval is subject to the completion of a section 106 agreement relating to highway mitigation measures.
