The subject of the order is the selection of suppliers of advertising materials for the PGE Capital Group companies. The subject of the contract was divided into lots:
Part I – Mass advertising/promotion material;
Part II – Exclusive and occasional advertising material;
Part III – Quick movable advertising material.
Each Purchaser shall conclude agreements in accordance with the following division:
a. Ordering party: Elbis Sp. z o.o. – concludes only a contract under Part I.
b. Ordering party: Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Sprzętowe “Betrans” Sp. z o.o. – concludes only a contract under Part III.
b. Other Customers – shall conclude contracts in any part.
One contractor will be selected for each part.
Other important information concerning the order has been included in the appendix to the announcement – pursuant to art. 37 sec. 3 of the PPL Act and published on the website of the Procedure Organizer (PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.)
